Hello Everyone,
Hope this email finds everyone doing well.
With the warmer weather recently, comes BBQ season and our first fundraising event for the Caledon Hawks Minor Atom AE team! How exciting!!
For those of you who have never participated in a MacGregor Meat order before, it is very simple – just take a look at the attachments. The product comes frozen and most products are vacuum packed (like the steaks etc) . They offer awesome products and it usually sells itself. (North Country is now the name of MacGregor Meats fundraising division). The most popular products are the burgers, chicken wings and pot roasts.
For every box that is sold, a portion of the sale goes to our team (the amount for the team varies depending on the product sold).
Our goal for the team is to sell 100 boxes – which is about 6 boxes each – but please sell as many as you can! We have to capitalize on the fact that it is BBQ season!
Attached are the information sheets – the most important document is page 8 in the participant package – one row for each person you sell to.
Because our bank account is not open yet and we are doing this fundraiser now, please bring a cheque payable to Jen Brodie on the pick up date for your full order. I will give MacGregors 1 cheque for the team’s order.
ORDER DUE DATE: Wednesday MAY 18 (please complete the PARTICIPANT SELLERS FORM and email it to me)
PICK UP DATE: Tuesday MAY 24 @ 6:45 pm Caledon East Arena (please bring a cheque payable to Jen Brodie for your full order)
