PAYING IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION:

All Payments must be made within 7 days of registering. If payment is not received within 7 days the child will be moved to the waiting list and may lose a spot in the league. The following are the options available: 


Cheques
made payable to Caledon Minor Hockey Association and mailed to:

drop off cheque at the Mailbox inside of the Arena located on the wall outside of the elevator door.

Credit Card when processing your registration the credit card will be inputted at that time and charged at that time either in installments (see instructions below under installments) or in full depending on your choice and the time of registration

If you need to update the information about your credit card from previous years for one of the following reasons: 
- new card or expired previously 
- registration was manually entered last year and need to enter the card this year 
                        - registered as cheque/etransfer but now want to change to credit card 
                        - 2nd instalment payment has declined and need to update information

INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS: 

Installment payments are for Earlybird only registration. Earlybird rates are 50% at time of registration and 50% June 1st.

NO ETRANSFER ACCEPTED. 


Cheques
Must be received within 7 days of registration. One cheque must be 50% of the registration fee and be dated the current for deposit, the second cheque will be 50% (the balance) and dated June 1st.
If cheques are not received within 7 days of registration your child will be put on a waiting list until payment is
received.  If the cheques are not received before June 30th your invoice will be changed to the registration fee as of June 1st and the child will remain on the waiting list until payment is received.

Credit cards 

Credit cards will be charged 50% at the time of registration and the balance will be withdrawn on your card June 1st
If the second payment is declined you will be notified and have 7 days to replace the payment. If the payment is not replaced within 7 days then your child's name will be put on a waiting list and the invoice will be increased to show a balance at the regular season rate.
