Peewee MD, 2018-2019, MD (Caledon Minor Hockey Association)

Congratulations to the Caledon Hawks Peewee MD team who captured Silver in the 2019 Ange Giajnorio Memorial Winter Thaw tournament held in Niagara Falls over the March Break. This competitive tournament hosted 55 teams with 17 teams in the Peewee division alone.

The Caledon Hawks Peewee MD team started their Hawks 4 Hunger food drive by collecting non perishable items starting on November 5th, 2018.

Thank you Diane Pisanti for arranging the nutritional information session with Melissa Boufounos. Nutrition is believed to have a significant impact on an athlete’s performance and will continue to be important as our boys develop and enter their teenage years.  Melissa’s notes on Pre-Game, Post-Game nutrition tips and hydration are just one of the simple changes athletes can make to enhance performance and overall health.

The Peewee MD (2006 Birth Year) Tryout Dates for the 2018/19 Season are: Wednesday May 9, 2018, 7:pm - 7:50pm - Caledon East Arena (PAD 2) & Saturday May 12, 2018, 3:10pm - 4:00pm - Caledon East Arena (PAD 2) The cost will be $15 per skate and all equipment in mandatory including mouth guards and neck guards.   Questions prior to tryouts can be directed to Head Coach Pat Pisanti @ [email protected]
