Welcome to the 2018-2019 Tyke MD team! Parents - please fill out both the player information form and the medical form, print them and submit them to the team Trainer as soon as possible. Our fitting at MVS has been scheduled for Thursday October 4th at 6pm.  If you are unable to make it, please let Krista know.  Please bring your player's chest protector so we can ensure the jerseys fit properly over equipment.
