Caledon Minor Hockey Association (CMHA) Refund Policy
The Caledon Minor Hockey Association (CMHA) understands that sometimes unexpected situations may require a refund for hockey registration fees. This policy explains the rules and steps for requesting a refund. CMHA can change this policy as needed, at the discretion of the executive board.
A refund or withdrawal request must be submitted through the Refund Request Form available on the CMHA website.
Note: Refunds will not be granted for any player who is registered for any Development, Preseason Preparation Skates, or Evaluation sessions hosted by CMHA.
CMHA Base Registration Fee
This fee is required for all CMHA members, regardless of participation in the House league and/or Representative (REP) programs. A $75.00 administration fee will be charged/withheld for all refund requests.

REP Player Team Fee
The Player Team Fee is set by each team. Upon accepting an offer of commitment, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure your player's spot on the team.
In the event that a player withdraws from the team, any refund of the remaining paid Team Fee will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by your team and the executive board to determine eligibility.
