"U21/U18/U16 has been reopened for registration. We have added a 4th Local League team. First come, First serve, there are 11 skater spots available and they will go fast. Unfortunately, the wait list will remain for goalies." 

 The following age groups have been closed. They are full for the upcoming season. 
All other age groups are opened with little room. First come first serve so you may receive a call after registering that your child has been put on a wait list. 


New Participants to Hockey and Hockey School: New Participants must complete the following

1. Scan/email the CMHA office ([email protected]) a birth certificate, proof of address (driver's license of one                   parent)
2. Child's name, address, birth date, primary (home) phone number, email address. 
3. Complete the Registration one parent must first complete the online course
Respect in Sport Parent Edition. Instructions: RESPECT_IN_SPORT_PARENTS_WALKTHROUGH.pdf  

4. On our website there is a tab for "Rowans Law" you need to review the information under this tab in order to verify acknowledgement of Rowan's Law waiver that is given to you during your registration process. 

After all the above is completed you will be able to register with Caledon Minor Hockey Association. Go to the Register Now button and continue your registration process. 


New to Caledon Residents: If you previously played in a registered league, you will not have the ability to register with Caledon Minor Hockey until your player profile has been transferred.  Please complete the appropriate form (found under ABOUT US, (forms and downloads) and follow the instructions under "Moving to Caledon?"



ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS: * $100 DISCOUNT for 3rd and each subsequent child(ren)
** House League Goalies receive a $250 refund at the end of the season (if player has completed the entire season)

All registrations must be received by our office  - paid in full or postdated as indicated below, within 7 days of date of registration.  If payment has not been received by this date the player  will be put on a waiting list. 

Credit Card - VISA OR MASTERCARD  Paid in full or instalments dated July 1st (50%) and August 1st (50%). If you previously placed the order and need to pay by credit card please call the office with the information.

E-Transfer -  Paid in Full only. Please indicate the invoice number and Player name on the etransfer.

Cheque - Payment must be sent to the CMHA office and not received no later than 7 days of date of registration. If payment is not received your child will lose their place in registration and put on a waiting list. CMHA must receive one cheque in the full amount or two postdated cheques dated July 1st (50%) or August 1st (50%) within 7 days of the date the child was registered online. 

Please reference player name and invoice number in notes of e-transfer and on cheques.  E Transfers sent to: [email protected] Cheques are to be made payable to CMHA and put in our Dropbox which is located on the wall beside the elevator in the Caledon East Arena lobby. or  mailed to:

Ensure if the payment is put in the mail that the office will receive within 7 days from the registration date. If not received your child will be put on a waiting list.


Caledon Residents have priority. Players are considered registered once processed thru online registration and are put on a waiting list until they are PAID IN FULL (MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE OFFICE WITHIN 7 DAYS, PAID IN FULL OR POSTDATED AS INDICATED BELOW), Rowan's Law is completed and the RIS requirements have been met.
Members with outstanding dues from last season will not be considered registered for the next season until the previous balance is settled.


CMHA Refund Policy

A cancellation and/or refund request of a player’s registration must be emailed to the CMHA hockey office at [email protected]

Refund policy:

  • All refund requests will be charged a non-refundable administration fee of $15 for Under 5 and $75 for all other divisions
  • Full refunds less administration fee will be given up to September 15, 2022
  • 75% refund less administration fees between September 16, 2022 to October 30, 2022
  • No refund will be issued after November 1, 2022 (Consideration will be given for refunds after this date if a shutdown of hockey is mandated by the Province of Ontario or Hockey Canada).
