Novice RS First Tournament, First WIN!!
Submitted By Vanda Slaney on Sunday, December 30, 2018
The Novice RS Hawks played in their first tournament of the season representing Caledon in the 52nd Hespeler Olympics Tournament in Cambridge and made a little history of their own, coming home with gold medals...

Heading to the finals with 3 wins and 1 loss the Novice RS Hawks were able to win the championship. The Novice RS Hawks battled hard throughout the final game against the one opponent that defeated them in round robin. However the Hawks pushed hard, and were able to defeat the Guelph Gryphons by 7-4.

A huge congratulations goes to the teams coaches Ben Smith, Casey Rizzo, Anthony Costa and trainer Tom Nolan. They are working hard to develop and hone the skills of these young boys. Coaches and parents could not be more proud of the determination shown by these young Hawks.

Congratulations to the Novice RS Team; Julian Byle, Christopher Costa, Paolo Culmone, Daniel D’Alimonte, Joseph Di Pronio, Franco Fedele, Luca Fiorenza, Ben Gulyas, Kaden Hammond, Landon Kyle, Joshua Moeller, Ben Nolan, Santino Rizzo, Riley Smith, Gavin Soulis, Michael Spina
and Kyle Whidden.
