Fitting appointment will be on June 4th at 9am. If you are unable to make it at this time, please let Krista or Dave know.
You need to bring:
1. The cheque for Chris Burrell, our treasurer
2. Hockey Equipment. Shoulder pads are a must for under the jersey, and hockey pants to determine the size of the pants shell that will go over top. It is important that these are the pants that your son will be wearing next season to determine the right fit.
3. Your son - he will need to try on all of the mandatory apparel.
What to order:
Jerseys - one red and one white (unless you already have them)
Socks - one red pair and one white pair
Winter Jacket (unless you already have them)
Kewl Warm Up Pants (if you get the Kewl Warm Up Jacket too, the number embroidery is free)
What else:
For all games, the boys are required (by the league) to wear their Hawks warm up pants, a white collared shirt, a tie (which we can discuss at a later date) and their Hawks jacket. The white collared shirt is just a plain shirt you can find at walmart or anywhere else. It is very important that all of the boys adhere to this dress code going to and from games. Running shoes are also important for the pre-game warm-up.
New to Rep:
For all the boys who are new to Caledon Rep, they will all receive a free Caledon Hawks hockey bag (I believe that is everyone except Nic and Josh M). I will arrange that with MVS on your behalf, so don't worry about it, just know it is coming. Players must use this bag for all games.
Fitting Information
The fitting will take place in the same building as MVS (55 Healey Road, near Home Depot in Bolton), but in unit #4, not the actual store front. All of the mandatory apparel in a variety of sizes will be available in unit #4. You will each be given a sizing form. This is NOT the order form. Once you know what size your son is for all of the apparel, you leave. Go home, place the order on-line at

All orders must be placed before June 15th.
All orders will be picked up by Aaron on August 15th and distributed to us at a practice or team event in August.

Send me or Aaron an email - what, of the mandatory Hawks gear, do you already have? Aaron and I are going to work together to make sure that all the boys have ordered what they need so everything is all set up for our season in the fall!
