Party details and what to bring to the
Caledon Centre, Bolton on Saturday March 19th:
Party location - in the
Youth Centre of the Caledon Centre - entrance near Mr. Sub across from front desk.
4 pm Arrival - we will gather in the
Youth Centre. Other things available include
foosball, air hockey, skee ball, ping pong, plasma cars, slides, mini basketball net, etc.
4:30 pm - we will have access to 1/2 of the gymnasium for one hour - down the hall past the pool on the right. Half of this space will be for floor hockey, the other 1/2 for basketball. A staff person will be there to help with equipment, etc. but some parents are expected to accompany the kids down for this and stay with them. The Youth Centre will remain open for kids who wish to rock climb, etc. rather than participate in the sports during this time.
5:30-7:30 pm - everyone will return to the Youth Centre for dinner, and the remainder of our time will be in this room. The team will be providing the food and drinks for dinner.
What to Bring:
- Please print and fill out the attached waiver (CCRW_ROCKWALL_release_waiver_OCT2014.pdf)
and bring the completed waiver with you for each child of yours who will be rock climbing. They also have waivers on site if you forget, but it will just save time to do so in advance.
- Please pack a pair of clean indoor running shoes for the kids. They will need them for rock climbing and the gym.
- a water bottle for the kids would be great.
- those who wish to participate in floor hockey will need to bring their hockey helmets.
